Behavioral Health 101 & Warning Signs
Thursday, February 12th at 3pm EST
This 2-hour long training will provide a high-level, introductory overview of behavioral health. Topics explored include the prevalence of mental illness in the US, associated myths and stigmas, and signs and symptoms of various disorders. This training is intended for healthcare professionals who are not already knowledgeable and/or experienced in behavioral healthcare, though experienced behavioral health providers are also welcome to attend as a content refresher. No CE Credit or certification is associated with this training.
Gender-Affirming BH 101
Tuesday, February 24th at 1pm EST
In this introductory-level, 1.5 hour long training, learners will explore terminology and definitions, barriers and risks experienced by members of the trans and gender non-conforming (TNGC) community, and ways that providers and staff can offer supportive, high quality, gender-affirming behavioral healthcare. No CE credit or certification is associated with this training.
Understanding Attachment and Related Disorders
Thursday, February 26th at 3pm EST
Attachment psychology provides a framework for understanding the emotional bonds that shape our lives. By studying how attachment styles develop and influence behavior, we can gain insights into early childhood experiences, relationship dynamics, and mental health. This introductory-level 1.5 hour webinar will explore attachment theory, attachment disorders, and implications across the lifespan. Please note there is no continuing education credit or certification associated with this training.

This 1-hour webinar is designed for Mental Health and Substance Use Providers new to our network. We will present a brief overview of who are and what we do. We will review several topics including: Managed Behavioral Healthcare, claim submission, our clinical department, as well as the complaints, grievances, and appeals process. This is a National webinar and does not cover client specific topics.
