Carelon Health Federal Services

24/7 support for military service members, families, and veterans

Military service asks a lot of those who answer the call to duty. It puts their lives at risk to keep our people and nation safe. This kind of dedication creates environmental and relationship stressors. We believe we should do everything possible to care for them and their families while they serve and after.

Our services are designed to be personalized, confidential, and stigma-free. We connect the care journey through people-first care models and digital tools. We assist military families and veterans with situation issues they may be experiencing, such as:

  • Deployment and reintegration.
  • Effective communication.
  • Employment support.
  • Financial challenges.
  • Physical and mental health.
