Maureen establishes the vision and strategy for operational functions and service delivery excellence in contact centers, claims processing, system configuration, and network operations. In collaboration with internal and external partners, she helps the company execute its performance commitments by creating end-to-end cohesiveness and driving innovation to promote continuous improvement.
Maureen has been part of the team for many years and has held a variety of leadership positions. Prior to serving in her current role, she served as the Vice President of Corporate Operations, Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, and Senior Director of Operations Strategy and Improvement, among others. She has supported national and international initiatives and has been integral to the organization’s growth from a small, regional plan to a national company and industry leader.
Maureen graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in psychology from Lesley University and graduated with honors with a Master of Business Administration from Salem State University.
