Kimberly has acquired an industrywide reputation for building and developing high-performing teams through empowerment, encouragement, and inspiration. Thanks to her focus on strengthening business operations, she delivers high-impact initiatives that exceed business goals.
Before joining the team, Kimberly served in several significant leadership roles at Prudential Financial including Vice President, Head of Digital Experience; Vice President, Head of Strategy and Planning; and Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, Variable Annuities. She directed a 100-person, award-winning marketing team that grew revenues from $13 billion to $20 billion in three years. Additional successes include building and leading digital innovation offices in Asia, North America, and Latin America with employees who represented digital marketing, product management, technology development, and advanced data analytics.
Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and economics from Dartmouth College, where she graduated magna cum laude, and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
