Keith is responsible for directing all operational, quality, and growth efforts for the organization’s federal clients. He leads a team of clinical sales, account management, and operations professionals who design behavioral health and sales strategies to address the challenges of both local and national markets for stand-alone and integrated businesses.

Keith champions diversity and develops high-functioning teams that draw upon unique cross-functional and cross-cultural perspectives as they transform business operations and build competitive strategies.

Prior to joining the team, Keith served in various leadership roles, including Director of Risk Contracting at EmblemHealth and Senior Manager at Aetna where he managed value-based contracting for three states and served as a subject matter expert and contributor to a broad scope of strategic initiatives.
