Cheryl oversees clinical service operations with a strategic priority of being member-centric and focused on whole-person care. By leveraging clinical best practices, continuous quality improvement, advanced data analytics, extensive provider partnership, and technology to support member engagement, her teams are meeting members’ needs in a compassionate, effective, and efficient manner.
Cheryl has worked in the behavioral healthcare field since 1987 in both direct care and executive leadership roles. Prior to joining Carelon Behavioral Health, Cheryl was the Chief Operations Officer at Magellan Health Care Provider Group and the Vice President of Operations at Magellan Health.
Cheryl received a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Rockhurst College.
