Aman leads a team that is dynamic and multi-focused. They optimize affordability within the healthcare ecosystem, advance whole-person health, and support clinical strategies designed to improve outcomes for individuals with complex health conditions.
Aman has more than 15 years of diverse experience serving in finance leadership roles across both public and private sector managed care organizations. Prior to joining our team, he served as Product Chief Financial Officer at CVS Health where he helped pioneer the development of virtual and home health care solutions; as the Vice President of Finance at Visiting Nurse Service of New York where he managed financial planning and analysis, pricing, and financial information systems; and as Chief Financial Officer at UnitedHealth Group where he supported the expansion of behavioral health operations.
Aman earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, and technology management from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration from Boston College.
